Flow for a stake-unstake cycle

• Step 1 - User Stake with SCRT or sSCRT.
• Step 2 - Manager or User calls claim_and_stake (claim_and_stake is not provided on the UI for users).
• Step 3 - User Unstake (sends seSCRT in contract and gets SCRT or SSCRT coins).
• Step 4 - Manager calls Advance Window(undelegation from validators start here).
• Step 5 - User claim the unbonded amount (after complete undelegation).
